By accessing our Website, using our services, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the specific terms of the Third-Party Travel Service Providers who supply your travel products.

1. Our Role as an Agent
1.1. Agency Only: HiFi Travels acts strictly as an agent. We sell, market, and arrange travel products and services (such as flights, accommodation, car rentals, and insurance) on behalf of third-party transport, accommodation, and tour providers ("Travel Providers").
1.2. No Guarantee of Provider Performance: Our role is limited to facilitating your booking with these Travel Providers. We are not a provider of travel services ourselves and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by the Travel Providers.
1.3. Provider Terms and Conditions: All bookings are subject to the specific terms, conditions, and policies (including cancellation and refund policies) of the respective Travel Providers. It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms before booking
2. Website Use and Eligibility
2.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding legal agreement to use this Website and book travel.
2.2. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or making a booking. You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger names match their respective passports or government-issued IDs exactly.
2.3. Prohibited Activities: You must not use this Website for any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings. You agree not to copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from this Website without our prior written consent.
3. Bookings, Fares, and Payments
3.1. Quotes and Availability: All prices and quotes displayed on the Website or provided by our team are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied by Travel Providers without notice until your booking is confirmed and paid in full.
3.2. Currency and GST: Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
3.3. Payment Methods and Fees: We accept payments via the methods listed on our website. Credit/debit card transactions may incur a non-refundable processing fee, which will be disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
3.4. Price Changes Post-Payment: Travel Providers reserve the right to increase prices or apply surcharges due to fuel costs, currency fluctuations, or government taxes even after full payment has been received. You agree to pay any such additional amounts if levied.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
4.1. No-Show and Cancellation Policies: If you fail to show up or choose to cancel your booking, penalties will apply as dictated by the Travel Provider's terms.
4.2. HiFi Travels Fees: In addition to any fees charged by the Travel Providers, HiFi Travels reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing changes, amendments, or cancellations to a booking. These fees reflect the work required to manage your changes.
4.3. Refund Processing: Refunds will only be paid to you once we receive the funds back from the relevant Travel Provider. Please be aware that travel supplier refund processing times can vary significantly and are beyond our control.
4.4. Non-Refundable Fares: Many flight fares (especially promotional or discounted tickets) are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
5. Travel Documentation, Passports, and Visas
5.1. Passenger Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, re-entry permits, and health/vaccination certificates that meet the immigration requirements of your destination and any transit points.
5.2. Passport Validity: Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended date of return.
5.3. No Liability for Entry Denials: HiFi Travels accepts no liability if you are refused entry onto a flight or into any country due to incorrect or missing documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1. Strong Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
6.2. Coverage: Your insurance should cover medical expenses, personal injury, evacuation, trip cancellation, luggage delays, and loss of personal items. HiFi Travels is not liable for any financial losses that could have been mitigated by appropriate travel insurance coverage.
7. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Limitation of Liability
7.1. Consumer Guarantees: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you possess under the ACL.
7.2. Limitation of Liability for Travel Provider Defaults: To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiFi Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions, or default of any Third-Party Travel Provider.
7.3. Indirect and Consequential Loss: To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, special, economic, or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of this Website or our services.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Ownership: All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, software, and design, is the intellectual property of HiFi Travels or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
8.2. Limited License: You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view and download content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to booking travel services through our platform.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1. Data Collection: We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on our website) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Governing Law
10.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from them.
11. Amendments to Terms
11.1. Updates: We reserve the right to amend, change, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version displayed on the Website at the time of your booking will apply to that booking.

HiFi Travels shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, failure, loss, or additional expense arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, airline operational issues, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or adverse weather conditions.

Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft types, routes, or operating carriers without prior
notice. HiFi Travels is not responsible for any such changes made by the airline.
